New Year Puppies for Ridgy Didge Australian Cobberdogs!

Male and female Australian Cobberdogs

We are very excited to announce new arrivals expected from this very handsome couple, in early 2018. Dad is Tegans Designed in Spirit, a gorgeous medium blue merle fleece boy, and Mum is Ridgy Didge Elanor Riccby, a medium black fleece girl. These two should produce a lovely rainbow of colours, from merle and gold, to blonde and raven!  We just have to wait and see.

Puppies should mature to medium in size, and be ready to go their forever homes in mid-March 2018. We already have people on our waitlist for some of these pups, so if you are interested, you'll have to move quickly and complete our adoption form for consideration.

We wait until our puppies are 5 weeks old before we allocate them to their families, as we want to have full vet health clearances.  At that time, we then carefully match our puppies' developing characteristics and personalities with your wish-list, lifestyle and the needs of your family.  See more details in our Adoption Process and Adoption form.

There will be another litter of pups in February 2018, and we'll bring you further details in a later blog. Our commitment to responsible breeding means there are limited litter numbers, so if you would like to adopt a Ridgy Didge Australian Cobberdog in 2018, please submit an Adoption Form early so you will be on our wait-list and there's less chance of being disappointed. Australian Cobberdogs are commonly used as 'Therapy Dogs' and 'Assistance Dogs'. They may assist people with epilepsy, autism, anxiety, and so much more. Cobberdogs' low-shedding coats make them perfect for indoors, and people with allergies.  For more information, pm us on Facebook, or contact us at our website.
